I just placed my order last night for my photobook and calendars. I spent well over a hundred dollars on cards and address labels. My items have been sitting in Georgia for days. I have no cards to send, cannot get a hold of customer service due to long lines, and am out more than dollars.

Never again! What a costly lesson. I ordered 55 4x4 prints and was disappointed to find that 29 of them were cropped wrong or differently than I had arranged them in my order.

Heads were cropped off, there were white spaces at the bottom, etc. Thankfully 4x4 prints were free besides shipping and tax so I will be reordering them but was heavily disappointed by this order and am hoping they will be correct the second time. The quality is great but no better than what Walmart offers. Every time I try to order and use a promo there is a hidden restriction.

It won't work, etc. Done with Shutterfly. I had one of the single best customer service experiences - someone was friendly, fast, and just solved my problem which was the shipping company's fault, not Shutterfly's. Really happy with the holiday cards and so grateful to be treated like my business mattered. It may just have been my good luck to get an awesome service rep, but I'll stick with them for future orders!

Ordered Christmas cards the first of December. Here we are, the 23rd, and they can't tell me where they are, when they'll get here, and they won't give me a refund until "after the holiday". They owe me a refund now, as even if the cards come in, there's no way to get them out ahead of Christmas. At least they call me back to tell me that they won't help. I have ordered from shutterfly several times over the years and never had a problem My invitations were supposed to go out over two weeks ago and they still aren't hear.
